Security across the life of a construction project
For a contractor, security is one more line in a project with a tight programme, so what matters is that it does not hold up the build and that it changes when the site does. For what the service includes, see construction site security.

How the risk moves through a project
| Stage | What usually matters |
|---|---|
| Site set-up and groundworks | Access, plant, fuel and keeping the public out |
| Structure and envelope | Materials, tools and out-of-hours entry |
| Fit-out | Copper, boilers, kitchens and other high-value items |
| Handover | Finished work, snagging access and the transfer of keys |

Questions site managers ask
Who is responsible for the site while we are not on it?
You stay responsible for the site. We agree in writing what we watch, when, and who we call, so there is no gap in what each party expects.
Can you work on a site that is partly occupied?
Yes, if the plan allows for it. We agree separate routes for contractors and occupants, a sign-in process at the gate, and cover for evenings when the site is unattended. The plan is reviewed when each area is handed back.

Call us, or send the site address and a few details. Asking for a quote does not commit you to anything.
